COMMON QUESTIONS
How long is an Andulé gift card valid?
We recommend redeeming it within a year. There is no hard deadline, but that way it does not sit forgotten in a drawer and you get the treatment at the price you paid for it.
Can I use it for any treatment in the studio?
Yes. Body rituals, facials, brow and lash treatments and maternity care are all included, and the value can be split across several visits.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Book any treatment online or write to us, then show the card when you arrive. If the treatment costs more than the card is worth, you simply pay the difference on site.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
Yes, on request. Order the gift card online first, then write to info@anduleberlin.com and we prepare a printed, hand written card, posted to you or ready to collect at the studio in Kreuzberg.
Can I buy a gift card for a massage in Berlin at short notice?
Yes. The online card is issued the moment the payment goes through and arrives by email, so it works the same evening.
